What are you doing to measure diversity and inclusion within your organization?

There is no definite answer, but companies are prioritizing the use of data as both a meter and a motor. But how does an organization even begin to asses these topics?

There is a great 4 step approach that you could consider:
1. Track, share and leverage metrics like representation and retention.
2. Consider softer non-obvious measures.
3. Build a Diversity&Inclusion scorecard.
4. Have blended D&I metrics that take several factors into consideration to avoid legal and managerial practices.
