Carlos holds a BA degree in International Relations-Portuguese from Brigham Young University, Furthermore, he has pursued studies in Industrial Engineering at Los Andes University in Colombia, enhancing his understanding of business operations and strategic decision-making.
Beyond his professional achievements, Carlos takes great pride in his role as a husband and as a father. He has been married to his college sweetheart for 30 glorious years and they are the proud parents of four adult children.
