In 2023, at the CP & KRELL GROUP, we continued our successful journey that took us to make placements in over 10 countries and growing our dynamic network to 45,569 members.
Our outreach stood up connecting highly skilled professionals in the USA, Latin America, and Europe with pivotal roles like VP of Sales, Director of Marketing, and C Level Executives in iconic companies in the beauty, wellness, and fashion industries.
Conducting over 2,650 interviews to candidates, what truly set us apart was our diverse network—85% of our candidates spoke at least two languages fluently, effortlessly bridging cultures.

Head of Fashion Design
The Head of Fashion Designad of Fashion Design will keep an eye on street trends, travel to shows, and peruse fashion magazines to identify trends and interpret specific color palettes, patterns, and prints for each season. You'll sketch designs by hand, create technical production drawings, and engage with buyers leveraging your seasoned marketing skills.
The Sr. Retail Manager will develop the retail country channel by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring flawless execution of commercial campaigns (portfolio, pricing, and visual merchandising) through trained and coached Beauty Coaches in our brands, categories, and commercial capabilities. This aims to offer the best beauty experience in the Latin American market, enabling us to build equity and capture incremental customers. |
